The Urban, Log Post and BeaM
Hi Thanks for taking the time to look at the Urban Log Post and Beam Design. With its very small 90sqm first floor and 72sqm second floor footprint this 3-4 bedroom home is designed for family living at its best. With the 2 bedrooms and master bedroom seperated in the upstairs area both with their own bathroom your privacy is taken care about. The lower area (1st floor) brings the heart of open plan living and space for all to relax.
With the structure of the house being built from solid Douglas Fir logs designed to withstand all of earth elements you will be sure to be the envy of your peers. Cladded with either Ceder or Macrocarpa left to go grey or stained to give a more polished finish you will have a million dollar house at a fraction of the price.
